Who these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone who visits this website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the information here
This site describes a pilot-stage service. The figures you see — crate counts, temperatures, spoilage rates, routes, prices — are pilot data generated by our own operations, and we label them as such where they appear.
Everything on this site is for information only. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a promise of service. Prices, routes, hub locations and features may change as the pilot grows.
The app waitlist
Joining the app waitlist is free. It creates no obligation on either side: you do not have to use the app when it launches, and we do not have to launch it on any particular date, in any particular city, or with any particular features.
A place on the waitlist is not a guarantee of launch date, features, or availability. "Android first, iOS to follow" is a plan, not a promise.
Storage, transport and marketplace services
Cold storage, transport and marketplace orders are provided under separate written agreements, made in person at our hub desks. Those agreements — not these terms — govern the services themselves, including pricing, liability for stored goods, and what happens if something goes wrong with a crate.
If anything on this site conflicts with a written service agreement you hold, the written agreement wins.
Your use of the site
Use the site normally and lawfully. In particular, you must not:
- scrape or harvest content from the site at scale, or use automated tools to overload it;
- misrepresent yourself, your business, or your relationship with OYI Cold Connect;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to attempt to interfere with how it runs.
Our content
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to OYI Cold Connect. You may use them for personal, non-commercial reference — quoting a figure in a report, for example — as long as you say where it came from. For any other use, ask us first.
No warranties & limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise either.
To the extent Nigerian law allows, OYI Cold Connect accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on pilot figures shown on this site, or for the site being unavailable, interrupted, or out of date.
Privacy
How we handle your details — including waitlist signups and contact messages — is set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Nigeria.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when the pilot becomes a full service. When we do, the date below moves. The version on this page is always the current one.
